I'm truly mourning for Canada and America, my Irish-Anglo Heritage and the arrogance and condescension of my white ancestors. As I learn more about the legacy that I have been left, I fell truly ashamed. This place was never purchased from the original inhabitants, nor won in war. Most all of us are trespassers. I'll redress those past wrongs. Slowly and steadily. I am a peaceful warrior. Among other things, I will be using the original real names and spellings. The First Nations names.
